Do I need a notary in Pasadena?

We accept cash, check, cashiers check, money order, and even mobile pay through apps like Venmo, and Zelle.

Yes, you can avoid paying the mobile notary fee by taking your documents to a location where a notary is present.
There are plenty of options to do this, but we add the convenience of coming to your home or office to help with your notary needs.
What areas do you serve?
We are located in Pasadena, CA but are available to help with notary services in Altadena, South Pasadena, and even in La Crescenta and La Canada Flintridge.

How much does a notary public charge?
We charge the maximum fee allowed by the State of California, and that is $15 per signature. Most notary public companies in Pasadena will charge about the same.
In addition to this fee, we also charge a travel fee that ranges from $25 – $40 depending on the city and time of requested service.

What is an apostille?
An Apostille is required when using documents for use in foreign countries. This can include college transcripts, consent to travel with a minor, and even foreign business incorporation.
We work directly with the Secretary of the State of California and have resources that allow us to expedite the processing time to same day delivery as opposed to weeks via mail.
Is Fast Mobile Notary Insured?
In compliance with California state laws, we are dually commissioned notary public organization, fully capable and qualified to notarize documents for all reasons. We also carry a minimum surety bond of $15,000 to protect our clients.
In addition to that, we also carry $100,000 E&O insurance policy.
Can you notarize online?
We do not offer online notarizations, otherwise know as Remote Online Notary or R.O.N.
This process involves having e-documents notarized from a remote location or via virtual connection.
Not only do we not provide this service in accordance with California law, but we offer the added service of coming to you to help with notary services.
