We charge the maximum fee allowed by the State of California, and that is $15 per signature. Most notary public companies in Pasadena will charge about the same.
In addition to this fee, we also charge a travel fee that ranges from $25 – $40 depending on the city and time of requested service.

An Apostille is required when using documents for use in foreign countries. This can include college transcripts, consent to travel with a minor, and even foreign business incorporation.
We work directly with the Secretary of the State of California and have resources that allow us to expedite the processing time to same day delivery as opposed to weeks via mail.
